Owners Greg Wright & Susan Wright strive to keep their team in a safe and reliable working enviornment. They and their exceptional staff make up the team at LGLU Lawn and Garden, and have decades of experience working in the Howard County Community.
Greg Wright
Owner and Operations Manager
Greg studied Landscape Management at the University of Maryland. He’s a member of the Professional Grounds Maintenance Society and Sports Turf Managers Association. With over 25 yrs. of Landscape Management experience Greg guides LGLU with sound horticultural practices to follow and provide our clientele with outstanding services.
Salvador Ruiz Arryoa
Foreman
Salvador began his career at LGLU in 1992 as a crew member. His 2 decades plus experience with us was and is critical to our success. Salvador has become our working foreman in 2007. His move from Crew Leader to foreman allow his exceptional time management, knowledge of Maintenance, quality control new installations, Hardscapes and Snow Removal skills flourish.
Daniel Arroyo

Daniel has over a decade of Landscape Maintenance and Installation experience. He began his emlployment with LGLU in early 2014 and has become a valued assett to us and our clients.
